Hello wonderful people ❤

Summer is in full swing and I am loving it (mostly). More so for getting as many miles on my motorcycle as possible…all of the practice.

It has been a while (typical as of late) but I think it has been good. I would love to bring you up to date on what has been going on for meeeeee:

• Moto – I am about to roll 1k miles under my two wheels!! For some reason, I am very excited for this milestone. I know it is a small one for what is to come but I will be super excited to celebrate it. Additionally,  no real big scares either. Just staying on point at all times, I have had a few people cut me off and dear god gravel… but I am happy to say I have been staying as safe as possible…with my wayy too cool for school hi-viz helmet :).
• Pseudo-menopause – Surprisingly, I have not turned into a crazy person like I have envisioned while on Orilissa. I have a ton of prescriptions running through this body and everything seems to be settling in okay. Over all, I feel the general pain is lower. There are still days when an endo flare sneaks up and other pains that come along with endometriosis and activities (like wearing pants!). I am happy with it so far. I have been dodging surgery for a couple years now and I am hoping to keep fighting on…without being cut open soon. I believe it was 2017? when they started suggesting surgery again – ugh we will see how the rest of my Orilissa goes (I go off in September) and what the next steps are. Hopefully by that time, I will have some leave time saved up…. just in case.
• Mental Health – Over all, things are going well. I am looking for additional resources to help with anxiety and coping. Chronic illness/endometriosis/migraines etc are wearing me down currently, as in not being functional 24/7. Some days those feelings of being a burden or less than human can be a little too much. I know I will perk back up soon though, I also ways do.
• Home owner life – I have to take on a little wasp nest in my window…. I am terrified….as I watch the little nest? grow a little more intricate….any tips on wasps, please let me know!
  

I think that is it guys, just out here trying to be the best moto dog mom that I can be! I hope everyone is enjoying their summer and I hope to hear of any plans you may have!
